Depressed Pit Bull filmed ‘Crying’ at shelter after being used for breeding then dumped

It’s a really horrible thing to watch an animal that has been betrayed and hurt by those he trusts most in the world.

Unfortunately, every day there is animal neglect and cruelty all over the world, and thousands are dumped in shelters waiting for someone to give them the second chance they deserve in life. One such shelter is the Charlotte Mecklenburg Animal Care & Control (CMACC) in North Carolina, which Sarah Sleime frequently visits as a volunteer. As a result, she has seen dismissive, broken animals waiting for their home forever.

But even when she met Cinnamon, a Pit Bull who looked for tears in her eyes whenever Sarah passed by, she was rocked to her very core.

However, what she would learn about the past of Cinnamon would push her over the edge… It turned out that Cinnamon was seven years old, and it seemed as if she had been used as a breeding dog by her former owners.

In a post on Facebook, Sarah said: “Someone dumped this poor mama at the shelter, minus her babies. Every time I stopped to talk to her and say I was sorry her eyes would fill with tears (check out reaction at -:13). Heartbreaking!!”

Sarah soon made the decision that she had to do something, so she uploaded a video on Cinnamon in the hope of raising awareness of her plight.

Shortly after her video was uploaded it became a viral hit. Tons of people wanted to adopt Cinnamon, and there was no end to the people wishing her well.

Sarah was especially happy when a friend of hers revealed that she wanted to give the dog her forever home.

Megan Shelton told local news “I have a special place in my heart for pit bulls. I think they’re a very misunderstood dog and a misunderstood breed.

“And when I saw her in that video, literally crying in a cage, I cried. My kids cried. I showed my husband, and he said we could go look at her tomorrow.”

Cinnamon took no time at all in becoming pals with Megan. In fact, her tail wouldn’t stop wagging when they met.

Look at that wagging happy tail!!!

Sarah caught the event on camera and uploaded that, too, to her Facebook. Gone were Cinnamon’s tears, replaced by excitement that couldn’t be controlled.

The Shelton family already had a three-year-old Pit Bull named Blu, and so the only obstacle left was seeing if the two dogs would be able to accept one another and co-exist.

To tie a pretty bow on the whole situation, Blu and Cinnamon – who the Sheltons would later name Rosie – got on like a house on fire. Rosie got a loving family, and the Sheltons were gifted a special dog indeed.

How many cups of coffee is it healthy to drink every day?

One coffee in the morning, one at lunch and one at each work or social meeting. Coffee seems to be the best source of energy, it saves us when we have not managed to sleep enough, and for many of us it is also a habit.

We do not necessarily feel the need for it, but we are accustomed to having it in the morning, when we smoke or when we visit our best friend.

Dark coffee, without sugar or milk, is healthy. Particularly rich in antioxidants, it can help us be healthier. And the link with the increase in energy is not a myth – coffee really helps us to be more alert, more energetic, to pay closer attention.

Coffee reduces the risk of diabetes, dementia, heart attacks, strokes and liver cancer and can help us lose weight.

But to what extent? When should we stop and what is the limit?

Because of the caffeine content, excess coffee may also have side effects: dizziness, hot flashes, insomnia, and anxiety.

Not to mention the side effects that occur when you suffer from certain conditions for which caffeine is not recommended: hypertension, psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis, gastric reflux etc.

Specialists say we should limit ourselves to 400 mg of caffeine per day. If we prepare the coffee with an average concentration, this means up to 5-6 cups a day, or if you drink coffee in larger mugs, up to 2-3 mugs. The rule applies only to a healthy adult.

And if you drink concentrated coffee, such as espresso, limit to 3 cups (or one mug and a half) a day.

Beneficial ingredients in coffee

Caffeine is not the key ingredient that turns coffee into a healthy drink. Researchers have found that there are hundreds of natural substances in coffee beans, with positive effects on the health of the cardiac and cerebral system.

Many of the natural coffee compounds are effective antioxidants in protecting cells against the destructive action of free radicals.

A Japanese study found that people who drink at least a cup of simple coffee a day reduce their risk of developing brain haemorrhages or strokes by up to 20%. Coffee remains a healthy drink if it is decaffeinated. In fact, scientists say too much caffeine can lead to dehydration and increased anxiety, which is why stronger coffee can bring more of a disservice to the body than a benefit.

Coffee drinkers receive daily an important amount of antioxidants, chrome and magnesium, which help regulate blood glucose levels, helping the body to properly inject insulin secretion. The main ingredients in coffee are:

– Caffeine

– Tannin

– Thiamine

– Xanthine

– Guaiacol

– Citric acid

– Chlorogenic acid

– Acetaldehyde

– Spermine

– Putrescine

Benefits of coffee:

1. Coffee helps fight depression

A study by the National Institutes of Health in the USA found that people who drink on average four cups of coffee a day are 10% less prone to depression than those who never drink coffee.

Since the effect in question could not be observed following the consumption of other caffeinated beverages (fizzy drinks, for instance), the positive mood is not generated by caffeine, but by the antioxidants in coffee beans.

2. Coffee reduces the predisposition toward suicide

A large-scale study by the Harvard School of Public Health has highlighted an impressive statistic that consumption of 2-4 cups of coffee per day reduces the predisposition to suicide for men and women by up to 50%.

On the other hand, a Finnish study highlights the effects of excess coffee on mental health. The results of the research show that people who drink between 8 and 9 cups of coffee a day have a higher susceptibility to committing suicide, compared to the moderate drinkers.

3. Coffee helps regulate liver activity

Several specialized studies suggest that daily coffee consumption can help the liver to regulate its functions. Researchers at the Mayo Clinic in the US have found that daily coffee intake can reduce the risk of developing primary sclerosing cholangitis, a rare autoimmune disease that causes liver cirrhosis, liver failure and even liver cancer.

Another research of 125,000 participants shows that alcoholics who drink a cup of coffee a day reduce their chances of developing alcoholic cirrhosis by 20%.

4. Coffee is a powerful stimulant of the brain

Coffee increases cerebral and physical performance substantially, being used by many athletes before entering competitions.

Caffeine increases the number of fatty acids circulating in the blood stream, thereby enhancing sports performance.

5. Coffee reduces the risk of developing type II diabetes

According to Science Daily, consumption of 3-4 cups of coffee per day may be associated with 25% fewer chances of developing type II diabetes. Researchers have not been able to formulate a concrete explanation of the phenomenon, although it has been observed that chlorogenic acid in coffee inhibits early glucose and insulin response.

6. Coffee reduces the risk of Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease

There is sufficient scientific evidence to prove the efficiency of coffee in prevention of the installation of neurodegenerative diseases. A study has shown that coffee drinkers are 60% less likely to suffer from Alzheimer’s and dementia, and another research in the field suggests that this drink reduces the risk of developing Parkinson’s disease by 32 to 60%.

Neuroscientist Chuanhai Cao, a representative of the University of South Florida, motivates coffee efficiency by the fact that a sufficient dose of caffeine in the body inhibits the secretion of a protein called beta-amyloid that accumulates in the brain cells of Alzheimer’s sufferers. With aging, the protein becomes more difficult to metabolize. Excess beta-amyloid damages brain cells, so caffeine is useful in eliminating it.

Some rules you should follow:

 Avoid drinking coffee after 5 o’clock in the afternoon to prevent inducing insomnia or anxiety
 Always watch your body’s reactions – if you have any discomfort, without reason, try to drink less coffee and see if you feel the difference

 If you suffer from certain chronic diseases, talk to your doctor about coffee consumption; any generalist or nutritionist who knows your medical history can help with this information; in diabetics, for example, caffeine influences the level of sugar in the blood

 Buy quality coffee; even if you invest a little more, it’s best to know that you only have to control the effects of the coffee, not the effects of added dyes, additives or flavours

 Do not add sugar or milk to prevent increasing caffeine consumption without realizing it; if you still cannot drink black coffee, try to choose healthier options of sweeteners; in addition, a weaker coffee can help you get used to the taste more easily

 The effects of coffee pass after a certain period, so if you drink more coffee, split consumption throughout the day; 2 coffees in one go in the morning will give you a very high boost of energy, that will drop quickly and after only 3-4 hours you will feel tired and you may even suffer from headaches.

The amount of eggs recommended for adults and children

The egg is one of the most nutritious foods, as it is rich in valuable nutrients. In recent years however, eggs have gained a poor reputation because of diseases caused by high cholesterol.

Nutritionists are telling us that things might not be entirely like that.

An egg actually contains 186 mg of cholesterol, that is, 62% of the recommended daily dose. It is equally true, however, that when we consume cholesterol, the body does not produce it, and so the balance is maintained. Cholesterol is a structural molecule essential to the cell membrane.

The body produces cholesterol on its own, and heart problems only occur when cholesterol levels exceed normal levels. “Bad” cholesterol grows when we adopt an unhealthy diet based on saturated fats, when we gain extra pounds, when we have a sedentary lifestyle or when we are exposed to stress for long periods of time.

The egg yolk contains a higher amount of cholesterol, and the egg white is mostly rich in protein. Specialists recommend we limit the consumption of yolks to 6 per week, but there is no concrete evidence that a larger amount would be harmful.

Studies made in recent years on egg consumption have revealed the following:

 In most cases, “good” cholesterol is the one that grows after eating eggs

 “Bad” cholesterol does not undergo changes after eating eggs, if they are cooked in a healthy way

 The level of antioxidants in the blood increases after eating eggs

Scientists say that if we do not exceed 3 eggs a day, we do not have to worry about our health.

However, the amount of eggs consumed in one day must be consistent with the other meals of that day. An egg contains 80 calories, 5 grams of fat and 6 grams of protein. As a result, if lunch is also rich in protein, you do not have to eat 2-3 eggs at breakfast, you can limit yourself to one. Balance is the key.

Problems may arise when we associate eggs with unhealthy foods. For example, it is not advisable to eat fried eggs with bacon, or cheese omelette. Such combinations come with a lot of fat and also calories.

Healthy ways to consume eggs

To benefit from the nutritional qualities of eggs without endangering your health, choose to cook them using healthier, fat-free methods – Here are some ways you can eat eggs:

 Boiled eggs

 Poached eggs

 Baked eggs

 Eggs baked in avocado

 Omelette with a drop of olive oil

 Fried eggs cooked with a drop of olive oil

Egg consumption for children

Eggs are recommended for children because their nutritional qualities ensure a harmonious development.
Specialists say that, for children, an egg a day, or seven eggs a week, does not affect their health at all. Moreover, regular consumption of eggs is even beneficial for children.

It has a gentle action, being appropriate even for very sensitive skin. It rejuvenates the pores and lightens the complexion, giving it a younger look.

How to make an exfoliating facial mask:

Ingredients:

• 4 tablespoons of sodium bicarbonate

• 1 tablespoon of honey

• 2 teaspoons of water (or less, depending on the desired consistency)

Preparation:

1. Pour the sodium bicarbonate into a clean glass container, then add honey over it. Gradually pour small amounts of water and vigorously mix to obtain a thick paste mixture.

2. Apply the paste to clean skin, taking care to avoid the eye and nose area. Let the paste dry on the skin for 10-15 minutes. The skin will get tighter and you may feel a slight tingle on the application area, which is perfectly normal.

3. Immerse a towel in warm water, squeeze it well, and then rub off the paste from your face using mild circular motions. Finally rinse thoroughly with water and dry your skin by gentle padding.

Cats in English parks: Why the huge shorn bushes caused a stir

MR. de Whatever cats appeared, they immediately fill the atmosphere of the place a sense of magic and comfort. That is why the English parks with giant topiary in the shape of a purr look so attractive.

Green topiary in the form of huge cats.

Bushes in the form of cats – the creation of British artist Richard Saunders. A few years ago in one of the parks he saw several bushes trimmed in the form of air clouds. I looked more closely, and now the cloud looked like a cat. So Saunders got the idea to create such an unusual project.

Brush-cats are the works of the artist Richard Saunders.

Saunders himself is a big fan of cats. He is now over 70, and for many years a cat named Tolly, a Russian blue breed, has lived with him. It was he who became the model for Saunders topiary.

As soon as the first photos appeared on the Internet, they won the love of millions of people around the world. Questions were posed to Saunders, where to find these giant bushes.

The surrealist artist immediately explained that these were not real art objects, but digital drawings. Despite the fact that the author of the project constantly explains that you should not cherish the dream of seeing these cats in reality, many Facebook users still sincerely hope to find magical places.

How do our thoughts affect health

In the East, they say: “The worst enemies of man would not wish him the misfortunes that can bring him their own thoughts.”

In one of the Parisian hospitals, the young psychologist Emile Coue, at his own risk, referring to the head physician, charged the patient three times a day out loud or mentally repeating the phrase 10 times: “Every day I feel better and better.” And to repeat it not mechanically, but as brightly as possible.

A month later, the patients of this doctor became the main topic of conversation of the hospital medical staff, and then the whole of France. Severely ill patients recovered within a month, some even had no need for surgical intervention.

Thus, the guess of the great ancient scholar Paracelsus, who claimed that faith worked wonders, was confirmed. Our health is a direct result of human thinking. Now no one doubts that there is a direct connection between the mental and physical state of people.

“The best protection against all diseases, from any infection is a firm belief in one’s own health and positive emotions,” says Andrey Metelsky, a psychotherapist with more than twenty years of experience. “Negative thoughts destroy. For example, anger causes diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Insult with time leads to diseases of the liver, pancreas, cholecystitis. ”

One of the most important psychological laws says: verbal expression of love, sympathy and admiration reinforces the vital energy of the person to whom it is addressed. But evil and unkind words reduce the listener’s energy.

The total number of illnesses associated with bad thoughts continues to grow steadily. In order to counter them, we must follow the advice of the ancient sages – enjoy life, no matter how hard it may be.

Let us take up the two golden rules of the American cardiologist Robert Eliot, a recognized specialist in the prevention of heart attacks and heart failure.

Rule one: do not be upset over trifles. Rule two: all nonsense.

Emile Coue (1857-1926) – French psychologist and pharmacist, developed a popular method of psychotherapy and personal growth based on self-suggestion. Many patients were treated in groups for free.

Eating Chocolate and Drinking Red Wine Could Prevent Aging According Research

The numerous benefits of red wine and dark chocolate are believed to be a result of the presence of a natural chemical called resveratrol.

Resveratrol is a polyphenic bioflavonoid antioxidant produced by certain plants and found in foods and drinks and is classified as a phytoestrogen because of its ability to interact with estrogen receptors in a positive way.

Studies indicate that the best-known resveratrol source is red wine, and the most naturally abundant sources of resveratrol are plants, including the skin of red grapes, red wine, raw cocoa, and dark berries, such as lingonberries, blueberries, mulberries, and bilberries.

However, research published in the journal BMC Cell Biology indicates that chemicals similar to resveratrol can be used to rejuvenate old cells.

Researchers were led by Lorna Harries, a professor of molecular genetics at the University of Exeter, and the first author of the paper is Dr. Eva Latorre, a research associate at the university.

This study was based on the findings done previously at the University, that showed that so-called splicing factors, which are protein types, become inactive as we age.

Researchers reactivated these factors by adding “resveralogues,” or chemicals similar to resveratrol, to aging human cells. Not only they appeared younger, but the old cells started dividing again.

Dr. Latorre says:

“When I saw some of the cells in the culture dish rejuvenating I couldn’t believe it. These old cells were looking like young cells. It was like magic. I repeated the experiments several times and in each case, the cells rejuvenated. I am very excited by the implications and potential of this research.

Prof. Harries explained mRNA splicing:

“The information in our genes is carried [in] our DNA. Every cell in the body carries the same genes, but not every gene is switched on in every cell. That’s one of the things that makes a kidney cell a kidney cell and heart cell a heart cell.

When a gene is needed, it is switched on and [makes] an initial message called an RNA, that contains the instructions for whatever the gene makes. The interesting thing is that most genes can make more than one message.”

She added:

“The initial message is made up of building blocks that can be kept in or left out to make different messages. This] inclusion or removal of the building blocks is done by a process called mRNA splicing, whereby the different blocks are joined together as necessary. It’s a bit like a recipe book, where you can make either a vanilla sponge or a chocolate cake, depending on whether or not you add chocolate!

We have previously found that the proteins that make the decision as to whether a block is left in our taken out (these are called splicing factors) are the ones that change most as we age.”

Prof. Harries speaks about this huge possibility that opens up, and that can make seniors enjoy their health during their entire life:

“The findings demonstrate that when you treat old cells with molecules that restore the levels of the splicing factors, the cells regain some features of youth. They are able to grow, and their telomeres — the caps on the ends of the chromosomes that shorten as we age — are now longer, as they are in young cells.”

Moreover,

“We were quite surprised by the magnitude of the findings. This is a first step in trying to make people live normal lifespans, but with health for their entire life. ”

The study co-author Prof. Richard Faragher, of the University of Brighton, adds:

“At a time when our capacity to translate new knowledge about the mechanisms of aging into medicines and lifestyle advice is limited only by a chronic shortage of funds, older people are ill-served by self-indulgent science fiction. They need practical action to restore their health and they need it yesterday.”

When it comes to their future plans and direction of research, Prof. Harries said:

“We are now trying to see if we can find out how the changes in splicing factor levels cause cell rescue. We have more papers in preparation on this so watch this space!”

Furthermore, being a potent antioxidant, resveratrol neutralizes free radical damage, which is accelerated due to poor lifestyle habits like smoking, eating an unhealthy diet, and in response to environmental pollution and toxicity.

According to research published by the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Seville in Spain:

“One of the most striking biological activities of resveratrol soundly investigated during the late years has been its cancer-chemopreventive potential. In fact, recently it has been demonstrated that it blocks the multistep process of carcinogenesis at various stages: tumor initiation, promotion, and progression.”

Additionally, Dr. Axe claims:

“Resveratrol is particularly unique as its antioxidants can cross the blood-brain barrier to protect the brain and the nervous system, unlike other antioxidants.

Recent studies done by researchers at the Nutrition Research Center at Northumbria University in the U.K. showed that resveratrol noticeably increased blood flow to the brain, suggesting a considerable benefit to healthy brain function and neuroprotective effects.

This means consuming more can increase protection against cognitive/mental problems, including Alzheimer’s, dementia and others. ”

Resveratrol has also been linked to obesity, diabetes and prediabetes prevention, improved energy and endurance, a healthy digestion, and many other health benefits.

Therefore, enjoy your daily glass of red wine and the delicious taste of dark chocolate, and you will feel all the positive effects of resveratrol!

Blood Moon 2019 superstitions and beliefs to know before January eclipse

A TOTAL lunar eclipse will see the January Full Moon transform into the eerie Blood Moon during totality, leading many to associate the event with superstitions and bizarre beliefs.

On Monday, January 21, the Full Moon will pass through the Earth’s darkest shadow and radiate a brilliant glow of refracted red sunlight. The astronomical spectacle, which happens once or twice a year, is often associated with spiritual and mystic powers.

One popular Blood Moon superstition is the eclipse is an ominous sign of evil, dark magic and malevolence. Some Christian conspiracy theorists believe the Blood Moon is a prophetic sign of the Apocalypse, foretold in the Book of Revelation.

Revelation 6:12-14 reads: “And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

“And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

“And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.”

Other ancient cultures, such as the Inca Empire in modern-day Columbia, held fearful superstitions tied to the Blood Moon.

According to David Dearborn, a researcher at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, the Inca “didn’t see eclipses as being anything at all good”.

The Inca would howl at the red Moon and shake their weapons in its direction, believing a monstrous jaguar was attempting to devour the lunar orb.

In Ancient Babylonia, the Mesopotamians considered the Blood Moon a dire prophetic sign of tragedy.

In the Babylonian book The Gods Anua and Enlil, Blood Moons were declared a sign of the ruling king’s impending death.

Measures would be taken to protect the king – typically by temporarily assigning another member of the royal family to stand in for the king should tragedy strike.

Professor Gonzalo Rubio, of Pennsylvania State University, said: “In order to preempt the monarch’s fate, a mechanism was devised: the ‘substitute king ritual’, or ‘šar pūhi’.

“There are over 30 mentions of this ritual in various letters from Assyria – northern Mesopotamia – dating to the first millennium BC.

“Earlier references to a similar ritual have also been found in texts in Hittite, the Indo-European language for which we have the earliest written records, dating to second-millennium Anatolia – modern-day Turkey.”

Today, followers of Wicca tradition observe the Blood Moon eclipse for a heightened sense of spiritual and esoteric energy in the air.

Some witches prepare for a lunar eclipse by preparing jars or glasses to collect Moon Water – blessed water used in rituals and spells.

Astrologers also look toward the Blood Moon to try an understand how the astronomical event will affect the horoscopes.

Jamie Partridge of AstrologyKing.com wrote: “Like a regular full moon only stronger, a lunar eclipse focuses attention on your emotions, intimate relationships, and your home and family.

“A total lunar eclipse has an even strong influence on your private life.”

10 harsh truths that you do not want to hear, but must

I am not here to impress you, I am here to reveal to you the truths necessary for growth. It will be about how to achieve your goals, using the truth, to leave behind a legacy that will protect you from regrets.

The following are 10 harsh truths that you should know:

1. We all have the same problems

My problems are the same as yours. Shit may happen in your life, but you are not alone in this.

Divorce, death of a loved one, refusal or dismissal – this is what many people face.

The realization that your problems are not unique will allow you to move on without getting stuck in place and without sparing yourself.

All your problems are just a process that you must go through.

This process is part of the human experience. You were forced to subscribe to this when your parents decided to conceive you.

2. You do not need experience – ever

Many people do not dare to try to get the job of their dreams only because the announcement states „Experience in this field of at least 5 years”.

This line is part of each job ad template. It is designed to weed out people who love to spend their own and someone else’s time and who are not able to see further obstacles caught in the way. If you give up your dream career only because of this line in the job ad, you are unlikely to work in most companies.

Experience often leads to fixed thinking, when you think you know everything, whereas in reality you do not. Sometimes the best experience is lack of experience and brilliant thinking.

3. All of us in our lives will face the loss of loved ones – be prepared for this

Over the past few years, I have lost many relatives, including my grandmother, who died at the age of 104 because she stopped eating and decided that she had lived long enough. On the day when the doctors told me that she did not have long left, I was far from the city.

I bought a ticket and hurried to her to say goodbye. I arrived just in time. I took my grandmother’s hand and said that I love her very much. She squeezed my hand, closed her eyes – that was it. It seemed to me that all this time she was waiting for me.

Each of us is destined to face a loss in life, so enjoy the time you spend with your friends and family. Do not take them for granted and never leave people who are not indifferent to you in difficult situations.

Let your relationship not be stained by something stupid like disagreements about money or different beliefs. Death is guaranteed for all of us. This is the only thing we can be sure of, and this is the only motivation we need.

4. Complaints are a waste of time

Complaints will not help, this is the lot of whiners who do not want to face the harsh truth: we control everything that happens to us. This means that we control how we interpret all the events happening to us.

Complaining is a disease. No one likes those who always complain. Instead of moving forward towards your goals, you stand still.

5. No one cares about your personal brand

Nobody cares about your ego or how good you are or your company. All we care about is the value it gives us. If you are doing something that is meaningful to others, then we will like it. That’s all.
Your brand is a perception based on the results you showed in the past. The usefulness of your brand is equivalent to what you can teach us, what you can give us or how much you can inspire us.

6. Opinions of other people do not matter

In half of the cases, people who express these opinions are losers who project their desires, needs, failures and desires onto you. They live someone else’s life because their own is crap.

The only opinion that matters is yours. If you believe that you are capable of the impossible, then you will succeed.

7. You do not need education or permission – they are optional

The other day, a colleague asked me if she needed to take social media-related courses if she wanted to work in this area. I answered her: „Why?

Declare yourself online by demonstrating your abilities.”
I also added: “There are a lot of podcasts that you can listen to for free and that require nothing from you except listening. In the end, it all comes down to finding people who have achieved significant results in this area and following their strategies.”

To achieve your goals, you do not need education. You also do not need anyone’s permission. Whatever you do, do not waste time seeking approval. This habit arises as a result of excessive thinking, laziness and lack of action.

8. No one wants to deal with regrets

There have been several studies on what people on their deathbed think. As a rule, most of them regret what they failed to do.

When you realize that there are no barriers and that you should try everything your soul wants, in legal limits of course, you will begin to live life without regrets.

Your life is a miracle. If you like traveling, do it. If you want to build a career in a certain area, do it. Strategies, resources, people come into your life when you begin to act without regrets.

9. Life is full of suffering that you must learn to accept

To some extent, life is like torture. We will suffer from the very first day – this is guaranteed. On the other hand, suffering is torture only when you allow yourself to suffer.

When you consider suffering as a necessity and learn to use it to your advantage, this very suffering becomes the fuel for your goals and dreams. When suffering appears in your life, you already know what to do with it.

Suffering is part of the struggle that helps you do amazing things in this world.

10. Stop wasting your time

Useless action instead of pursuing your passion is the most foolish thing you can do. In the time you wasted, much could have been achieved. If you think that you do not have time to write articles, compose music, train, you are mistaken. You have as much time as I do, so why not devote it to learn what you really like?

8 space reasons why the universe puts us together with new people

Do you think there are random encounters in our lives? No, no and no! There are many reasons why the universe drives us to all kinds of people!

During their life, every person meets a great many new people. Some of them stay with us for a short time, some only part of the way, and very few walk our life path with us to the very end.

And although we sometimes do not understand why someone is moving away from us, although we really want them to stay, the lessons they taught us remain with us for many, many years.

Sometimes our life is filled with light and sense by a wonderful person who appeared in it exactly when it was necessary, and sometimes fate gives you such a toxic partner or colleague that you think you are almost ready to kill them on the spot, but after you understand that if it were not for them, you would never become who you are now.

Below you will find several reasons why people may appear in our lives, whether we like it or not. I hope this article will help you better understand how we relate to other people, and where the endless life flow carries us. And remember, if you do not see the reason for anything, this does not mean that it does not exist.

So, here are 8 reasons why the Universe sends us all kinds of people:

1. To awaken us from within

There are people who make us doubt and ask questions. Sometimes they become a permanent part of our life, sometimes they remain in it very, very briefly, but in both cases they help us to find another part of ourselves. We do not need to love such people, but we cannot do without them.

2. To warm our hearts

Such people appear in our lives when we feel like an extinct candle, and it seems to us that we don’t care about anything.

They do not let sadness fall upon us with all its weight, and they do for us, it would seem, the little things that help us, gritting our teeth, to go further, no matter what. For the most part, such people fly through our lives at the speed of a meteorite, and we never hear of them again, but our memories of them are warm, and we remember them for a very long time.

3. To be near us

These are the very people who become a part of our life – forever. They remain with us, despite all the hardships that confront us in our life’s journey. These are our friends, relatives and loved ones. These are those who are always ready to catch us if we fall.

4. To teach us a lesson

These are the people from whom we can learn something. Sometimes their lessons are too hard, and sometimes the „teachers” themselves are extremely far from ideal.

But no matter how your relationship with these people develops, remember one thing – if the Universe is trying to teach you something, it does it for a reason, and only bastards can teach some lessons.

5. To help us grow above ourselves

These are the ones who help us overcome the blackest parts of our lives. They stay with us when we break our hearts, or lose our loved ones.

Sometimes they stay with us forever, and sometimes imperceptibly disappear, but enough so that we learn to see the light in darkness. It all depends on how big a role they have to play in our lives.

6. To remind us of something

These people by their very presence remind us of something that we would not have remembered without them. They remind us that we are not alone, that this world is our common home, and there will always be those who are ready to lend us a hand when we need it.

And sometimes, when we are almost ready to give up, these strangers help us to get together and get back on our feet, reminding us that our life is not as hard as we think.

7. To show us what and whom we deserve, or do not deserve

These people are somewhat similar to those who help us grow, or rather, they are similar and not. They can be the most wonderful and the most terrible people in our life – depending on the circumstances.

It depends on these people whom you will let into your lives, and whom you will drive away from them. For example, when confronted with someone whom we really do not deserve in our life, no matter how much we sinned, we draw conclusions, and do not allow such toxic people to come near us. Unfortunately, we do not always draw the proper conclusions on our first try.

8. To learn something from us

These are the people for whom we should already become mentors and teachers. And who knows, maybe communicating with them, you will teach not only them something, but also yourself.

They say that for this we need students to have someone to learn from, and from time to time the Universe sends us people for whom it is extremely important to hear what only we can tell them.
